Hit the “Upload” button

Continuing with the
upload/description process by selecting “+ Upload A File” until all
your files, photos, etc… are uploaded.

Logout (upper right corner)
We are accepting all articles for consideration. Those not selected
for the book may be included in a special health and wellness section
of the book web site.
Please upload:
1. Your Chapter in Word or compatible format
2. Your Bio
3. Your Color Photo and chapter graphics (if used) of 300 dots per inch - .jpg or .tif
NOTE:
All agreements and materials must be received by September 30, 2008
to ensure your chapter space. Contact Sandra if special arrangements
are needed.
