Sandra has been inducted into
the 2008/2009 Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executive and
Professional Women “Honors Edition” |
On July
15, Sandra was awarded a Certified Wellness Program
Manager certification from Dr. Larry Chapman, Senior
Vice President of WebMD Health Services. This certification focuses on
organizations of 1 to 10,000 employees. Organized into
twenty-four key
success areas, this additional knowledge will strengthen the
design and development of her client’s onsite wellness programs as
well as wellness operating plan development and execution.
Sandra has
become a member of the National Wellness Institute to better serve
the needs of her clients and the wellness community. In addition,
Sandra is currently a member of the Wellness Councils of America,
North America’s premier resource for results-focused worksite
wellness.

Hear
Like A Dog But Listen Like A Leader

A dogs hearing range is well above that of humans. We can hear high
pitched sounds before our human companions. In some cases, we hear
sounds that the human ear cannot detect. Hearing and listening are
two distinct behaviors. In the workplace, we should hear like a dog
but listen like a leader. Understanding the differences is critical
in reaching our corporate and career leadership goals.
